Are these products legal?
Yes. Our products are hemp-derived and federally compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Δ-9 THC by dry weight. We only ship to states and jurisdictions that don’t restrict these cannabinoids — check your local laws before ordering.
Do I have to be 21?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase or use our products, and an adult signature may be required on delivery.
Are your products lab tested?
Every batch is third-party lab tested for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials. You can view the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for any product on our Lab Results page.
How will it make me feel?
Effects vary by person and dose. Start low and go slow, especially if you’re new to hemp THC. Don’t drive or operate machinery after use.
How is my order shipped?
Orders ship with tracking, typically within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100; a flat $9.99 applies otherwise. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What is your return policy?
For safety, opened or consumed products can’t be returned. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days — contact us to start a return.
Where do you ship?
We ship to U.S. states that permit these hemp-derived cannabinoids. We can’t ship to restricted states; ineligible destinations are flagged at checkout.
